De stad groeit. Nieuwe (technologische) innovaties bieden kansen en kunnen de stad slimme oplossingen bieden. Dit maakt een stad tot een Smart City of slimme stad. Waar technologie en digitale innovaties bewoners en de gemeente helpen om de stad te beheren en te besturen, met als doel een prettig leefbare stad voor bewoners, bezoekers en ondernemers die voorziet in behoeften en toekomstbestendig is.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working towards a Smart City<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis: 50%;\">\n<p>Many parties in the city use new technologies. Not just the municipality itself. Residents, businesses and visitors also make use of this and the municipality wants to use it as well as possible. For example, a company wants to supply beach pavilions with an electric car, robot or drone. Is that possible? Are the current traffic rules sufficient?
